About

From wanting to be a civil engineer to solving problems with code

I enrolled in technical high school looking for a strong math and physics base to study civil engineering. In my third year I chose the computer science track, discovered programming and stayed.

Since 2023 I've worked in software development: first as an intern and then as a developer at Bewise, in teams of 5 to 6 people. Most of my experience is on the frontend with Angular and React, and lately I've also worked on the backend with Spring Boot and NestJS.

I'm methodical and detail-oriented. Before building something, I like to weigh the pros and cons of each technical decision. Right now I'm learning RabbitMQ and Kafka because I want to understand distributed systems better.

Outside of code, I enjoy Argentine folk music and dance.

Nuestro Tiempo

An app for couples: they link accounts, create shared albums and upload photos together. Its own API (NestJS + PostgreSQL) stores images in S3 with presigned URLs and sends push notifications.

Hardest part: image handling, per-album and per-couple permissions, and the S3 integration.
